Since a very young age Akseli was extremely interested in making a world a better place and inventing something that would in the future make peoples lives easier. In the recent years, in middle and high school, that passion has really RISEn to be one of the biggest inspiration in Akseli’s life. Akseli joined CitiPanda in January 2017, since then he has made tremendous contribution to CitiPanda's progress. He has never doubted that decision even for a second. Changing the world has been something Akseli has also wanted to do for a long time. Akseli was brought the opportunity to do that by Chao and Justin when they accepted Akseli as a part of the CitiPanda team. As the Chief of Marketing and Operations in The US, Akseli brings in his creative ideas of making the audience worldwide accept CitiPanda. Cooperating with talented Hollywood filming director, Akseli helps bring the CitiPanda story and filming to the next level. He truly believes this is the next big invention of the decade and is truly honored to be able to be a part of this great team.
In school, Akseli realized how competitive and global world was nowadays and that was one of the main reasons Akseli chose to do a exchange year in the USA during high school. Akseli also took part in a national finance and economics exam in Finland. Akseli did extremely well being the best in his school and in the TOP-30 in Finland for his age class. All of that was the result ofAkseli’s interest in trading stocks and economy as a whole. During that year he also had a internship at a investment bank in Helsinki, Finland. During the internship he learned a lot about investing and stock trading. During his exchange year he decided to join CitiPanda and is now working with CitiPanda to make life easier for everybody.
Marketing Manager
Justin Song (CEO) founded CitiPanda with Chao Chen in March, 2016. Since then Justin directly supervises multiple facets of the business including app design, marketing and daily operations. As a leader of leaders, Justin manages and coordinates all CitiPanda departments worldwide. His responsibilities in app discussion with engineers in New Deli, he also needs to communicate on regular basis with CitiPanda movie production team in Hollywood. In addition, Justin inspires and motivates CitiPanda staff in the US, China and Hong Kong.
Justin is passionate and experienced in technology, innovation and Computer Science. In late 2015, Justin had the opportunity to co-operate with elite programers (Computer Programming Masters Students) to participate in PennApps Hackathon competition. During this period, Justin and peers designed and built a remote controlled car using virtual reality. His enthusiasm for new innovation expanded Justin’s vision and propelled his committed direction in technology and future ambitions. In early 2016, Justin led a team pitching a venture capital project in a competition organized by the prestigious Chinese International School in Hong Kong. He brought in the idea of SmartTable with innovative functions, and packaged marketing solutions. His pitch greatly impressed the judges including Mr. Neil Shen (#7 Forbes Midas List, founder of Sequioa Capital). Due to Justin's outstanding performance, he and his team were rewarded with a personal meeting with Brinc Founders and a site visit to Brinc. Justin continues to brainstorm ideas that could help simplify and improve efficiency of people’s lives, leading to the idea of CitiPanda, to provide customers with an easy and secure platform for ordering everyday services.

“I want to change the world.” This simple but profound philosophy has served as the guideline of Chao for years. After sessions and sessions of brainstorming with Justin, they have had the idea to facilitate people at the largest scale, which is CitiPanda. As the founder and chairman of CitiPanda, Chao not only is responsible for strategizing the directions for this young startup, but also he has to manage relationships with various external parties including investors, filing firms, software companies and a lot more. Chao believes that CitiPanda is the next big thing which will change people’s lives profoundly.
Chao’s diversified experience enables him to bring extensive entrepreneurship, team building, operation and investment experience to CitiPanda. Started to assist in family business at age of 14, Chao followed an unusual career pattern. During his undergraduate study at UCLA, Chao started two companies: Wenderful Online Store to sell retail woman purses and NewStar Textile to wholesale textile products to store vendors. During his last two years of undergrad, Chao made combined sales revenues of more than half million dollars. After graduated with Economics degree, Chao founded Hostlink America with his partners. In less than 2 years, Chao set up the office and team in LA fashion district and wholesaled an accumulated amount of more than 2 million dollars of textile products to vendors such as Forever 21.
Determined to explore the corporate world, Chao left his business and started to take roles in the finance sectors. He took the role as financial analyst at one of the largest private equity in LA, Oaktree Capital Management. From his role, Chao has developed his understanding of financial industry and his investment philosophy. After this role, Chao became a bank regulator at California State Government whereas he would go around checking on different banks. As the job required, he needed to network with CEOs and management teams from different banks. From this experience, Chao further developed his network in the financial sectors. After that, Chao had a role as senior financial analyst at of the largest financial institution, Bank of America. At Bank of America, he would at times lead large team of more than 70 people to accomplish large scale financial analyst tasks.
After his MBA study at USC Marshall, Chao joint the leadership rotational program at CFLD, the largest city builder in the world. As a reserve country president in a certain country, Chao rotated and worked in multiple countries. During his rotation, Chao needs to constantly meet with high level government officials as high as the country president and union ministers. In order to develop business, Chao has to strive to network with all top local business partners, usually all firms making the top 20 list. Stepping into a new country, Chao has to learn how to quickly set up teams capable of tackling all sorts of local challenges across different markets.

Stanley joined Citipanda soon after the project was initiated, through the invite of Justin. After several meetings with Chao and Justin, he was made aware of the great potential of CitiPanda, and quickly came onboard with the rapidly progressing project.
Since a toddler, Stanley always had shown a great interest in the business world, and especially on management and operations. He participated in many business related activities, including internship, management courses, and starting an equivalent of a small business as well as setting up a Business & Management enrichment club at his school in China. He also participated in a wide range of other activities, including several bands, and Model United Nations. He is also coordinating several other community service groups.
When he was a kid, at first, like many others, he wanted to be affluent and be able to obtain a comfortable lifestyle when he grows up. However, as he became more and more mature, he realizes that to achieve greatness, that should not be the only goal. The goal should be to benefit others, and improve the lives of others in the process. This is a major reason why he decided to join CitiPanda. He sees the potential, the creativity and the great opportunity CitiPanda presents, and he did not hesitate to grab the chance to be apart of it.
Stanley is determined and accepts challenges with great gratitude. He loves expanding into different fields, and is committed to work diligently and share his creativity as well as his energy with all. Working with his old time friend Justin, as well as respected partners such as Akseli and the chairman Chao, across different time zones and nations, Stanley contribute greatly to the process of making their vision for CitiPanda a reality. He takes charge of the registration of the company, getting the application to work and promoting it in Mainland China, seeking investors, as well as doing translation work and sharing his ideas and feedback with the other members of the team.

Ankit has always been a competitive person. Whether it was school exams or any college sport, he has always aimed to be and deliver the best in every competitive industry. After making him excel in every department his competitive personality has today found him a job in one of the most cut throat industry – Android.
Ankit makes sure that the apps his team deliver are all set to rule and stay on top in the million player Android market. He always ensures that he and his team is up to the mark when it comes to knowing and practicing the frequent updates and policies. As his role in CitiPanda as the Android Manager, Ankit strives to keep the app on the top charts in the Play Store whether through competitive research or regular updates as per the users' reviews.
iOS Manager
Khurshid has always been a perfectionist when it comes to his work and everything in it. Since a very young age he has insisted for people around him to do things by the books, all the while not leaving their creative side. This is what shows in the work that he delivers and expects his team to deliver on a day to day basis.
This urge to do everything perfectly is what called him to get into the world of iOS – a platform that runs on technology and product that are absolutely on the mark. With many years of experience on his hand, Khurshid has today reached a point in CitiPanda, which makes him and his team responsible of keeping the app on the spot, on Apple Store – a responsibility that he has been handling perfectly. With Khurshid on the team, one can be relaxed of the fact that an app will be as per the standards and favoured by many.

In his role as the General Manager in CitiPanda, Vipin ensures that everything – from the screen flow to the in depth technicality of what each icon does – is up to the mark and standard of what the competitive app industry demands.
Since his early Childhood, Vipin has been all about getting into the depth of technicalities of things and processes around him, which has only helped him in becoming what he is now. Seeing the world change 180 degrees in his adolescent life, attracted and guided him to enter the world of technology, which then became his education and career choice.

Having spent his childhood opening house hold devices from telephone to TV remote, only to understand how they work, Umesh has always been an inquisitive person when it came to understanding what works how. This strong attraction towards decoding things and ensuring they were working well not only helped him fix his home’s RO system but also soon became his career choice.
The pull only grew stronger with every passing day, now making him getting involved with one of the fastest changing mobile application world, which is what has brought him to become the Software Test Engineer in CitPanda. All over his career, he has been working with one agenda – ensuring that all application that goes live under his supervision is tested 100 percent to its entirety.

Infatuated with maintaining records and data from a very young age, Atul had always been sure that he wants to make his habit of collecting and storing every single note from his school and college days, a job one day. This is exactly what drove him to study and practice database management in the technology sector.
With over 5 years of experience in handling and making the data reach the right person as it is asked, Atul made his way to become the Database Manager of a company who has a product that works on making the right service meet the right person in a language they prefer. Being a manager in all senses, he has always ensured that both him and his team doesn’t get restricted on doing what is asked of them; which is what made him research and bring China’s leading payment portal, Pushy into action, here.
Regional Director in the US
Vivian is the Regional Director of CitiPanda's U.S. Business Operations team. She graduated with a M.S. in Business Analytics from University of Southern California and a B.A. in Economics from University of California, Berkeley. She has professional working experience in the Marketing Analytics and Finance industries. She has also collaborated on several Big Data consulting projects during graduate school and brings to the CitiPanda team her analytical skills to expand business developments in the U.S market. She believes CitiPanda has the potential to make a profound impact to society by simplifying the lives of many people and making the world a more interconnected place.
Chief Marketing and Advertising Officer
Nicholas Chik later joined Citipanda with Justin, the Founder of Citipanda. When Nicholas Chik first knew about Citipanda, he had already anticipated the future of Citipanda and soon planned to help on getting investors and advertisement in Citipanda. Nicholas has shown a great interest and significantly explored in the computer science, health science, and business world. When he was still in a public elementary school in Hong Kong, he had done his own business. He was selling his products and successfully earned money through school society. As people saw him as the lead, he influenced the surrounding schoolmates who soon followed his move. Soon later, he believed that it is not enough to focus on the business world. He then studied different types of coding and programming such as swift, HTML, etc. Until his sophomore year, Nicholas moved to the heart of Silicon Valley, Cupertino for high school. He is studying in the Steve Jobs’ graduated high school, Homestead High School for his senior year. Then, he was selected to participate in EnterpRISE Leadership Conference 2018 which is held in Multiversity, Santa Cruz. Chik and his teammates found first own startup called Gundar which is aimed to reduce gun violence in the US. He was the Founder and COO of Gundar. At the end of the event, he got a number 1 in the startup pitching competition with his teammates. Due to limited financial resources, it was only active from April to June. Due to the Steve Jobs’ influence at Homestead High School, which inspires and encourages students a lot, he soon found his second startup called GoGoSchoolClub that is aimed to make school clubs great again. GoGoSchoolClub was found after the EnterpRISE Leadership Conference. Nicholas is currently the Founder and CEO of GoGoSchoolClub. As a 17 years old young entrepreneur, he was interviewed by several news companies at RISE in July 2018 for his entrepreneur’s journey and story. On June 2018, Nicholas was working in market research and engineering at TeamNote, a mobile collaboration software tool, won the Red Herring (magazine) Global Top 100 and Asia Top 100 technology awards, which is backed by YCombinator.
